The Western Montana Fair kicked off yesterday and continues through Sunday, but getting it ready took a matter of hours. Crews arrived in town on Monday and quickly began unpacking trucks and assembling rides, games and retail and food booths. The Indy was there to capture a few glimpses of what it takes to prepare the fair.
