Contempory Issues in Indian Law

Indian Law Week, hosted by Native American Law Student Association (NALSA), will feature nationally-renowned leaders and educators in Indian Country examining critical issues in Indian law. All events are free and open to the public, and food will be provided at lunchtime panels. “Protecting Children, Protecting Culture: A Look at the Indian Child Welfare Act,” speakers: University of Montana Law Professor Maylinn Smith, Missoula attorney Lynn Fagan, CSKT attorney Lana Page, and Montana State Senator Jonathan Windy Boy.
