Teton Pass went on hiatus during the 2011/2012 season, but since then, the 400-acre ski area has gotten a facelift. The resort includes 36 runs including five easy, 10 intermediate, 10 difficult, and 11 expert-only trails. Teton also features a terrain parks with a natural half pipes.
The uniquely wooden benches on the double chairlift are virtually without lift lines for consistent powder and some of the best backcountry skiing in the state. Ride it up to the 7,200-foot summit, and enjoy 1,000 feet of vertical drop. IF you're really ambitious, you can hike up the peak to 8,400 feet.
