General Manager Scott Hevener says the secret to his bakery's success is a lot of time, a lot of sweat and a lot of butter. In fact, you can find someone working in the bakery 24 hours a day, 363 days a year. But this isn't just about sweet treats—it's about being a conscientious member of the community. Bernice's re-uses building materials, buys locally, composts its coffee grounds and heats the building with the bakery's ovens.
